Talent Chess began as a physical board game used in executive workshops to help leadership teams apply organisational strategy through experiential learning.
When in person sessions paused during the pandemic, the team adapted the game into a Google Slides based format. While functional, the experience required extensive manual setup for every decision and move, making it inefficient, difficult to scale, and heavily dependent on facilitator effort.
With increasing demand and strong validation from organisations, Jeffay Consulting Group sought to transform the concept into a structured, web based platform capable of global delivery.
