MProfit launched as desktop-only software in 2009. By 2015, it had transitioned to a cloud-based model, incorporating web and mobile applications.

We interviewed MProfit’s leadership to understand customer journeys, pain points, and goals. Through workshops, we analyzed their desktop software, identifying areas for improvement in UX.
Maintaining all existing features, we focused on enhancing ease of use and data accuracy as we planned for the transition to a cloud app.
Our experience working with the Bokaap team has been very good. They designed the current MProfit website, the current MProfit logo and the Ul / UX of our app on web + mobile, which we launched in 2018.
We have since also worked with them on updates & improvements to the same. The Bokaap team has good ideas and they are creative. They are also process-oriented and analytical in their approach, always keeping themselves up-to-date with the latest trends in Ul/UX.

Our priority was to improve the UX without alienating existing users by making gradual changes that retained familiarity. We streamlined navigation, bringing essential features to the forefront while reducing complexity.
In 2017, after launching the web app, MProfit approached us to design the mobile app. Using insights from the web app, we focused on creating a simple, on-the-go platform with essential features for users.
