The goal of the IoT platform is to enable the technicians to seamlessly set up devices at the site and the clients to monitor better and analyze the data generated by these devices.
It was essential to understand the processes involved in setting up the devices, their core functions, and the user goal for each module on the platform to provide a user-friendly experience.
