Pureblu is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed to transform the air conditioning industry. By connecting administrators, partners, and technicians, it streamlines operations and improves efficiency across all stakeholders.
Our work centred on understanding the unique needs of Pureblu’s user groups—admin users, partner administrators, and technicians. We developed user personas and mapped their journeys to uncover motivations and challenges. This informed the creation of wireframes for the mobile app and admin web app, which evolved into polished, high-fidelity designs that prioritised usability and efficiency for all user types.
We started by aligning with the client’s business objectives and evaluating the offline user journey to identify improvement opportunities. This analysis helped us build a roadmap for addressing key pain points and integrating essential functionalities into the digital platform.
We designed user flows tailored to specific roles to outline required screens and features. These flows guided the creation of detailed wireframes, which were then tested with real users to gather feedback. Based on this feedback, we refined the designs to ensure they were both practical and effective.
The final interface was crafted to be intuitive, leveraging design elements familiar to Android users for a seamless experience. The clean layout and logical navigation support the platform’s diverse user base, making it accessible and easy to use for all stakeholders.
